April	- win new members - Finition of the Bibliothek wall rendering, ceiling, ground floor and security doors and window ( villager of Fodécariah) - donation request an the Foundation of development SEZ (Martine + Sabine + Rose-Marie) - 23.04.2011 plenum meeting
Mai	- Win new members - Working group at 8.05.2011 - donation request for Atlas and dictionnaries by french publishers (Rose-marie + Andre) - Buy software EyeTV and an extern memory 2 TB to record TV emissions en french, that we will give up by our next visit - SAP RestCent initiative refuses our donation request - 1200 new flyers were actualised and printed

(refused) - Books and computers are shipped by sea to Guinea - Preparation of the Delegation trip to Guinea: 1. 5 persons with the same time frame booked the fly 2 verification of the passeport validity, 3. Verification of the injections (yellow fiever, hepathit A, and the combination of Diphterie + Tetanos + Thyphoide) 4. 67 EUR + 2 photos + 1 envelope with own adress for a tourist visum (see conditions) by the consulat "Botschaft der Republik Guinea", Jägerstr 67-69,10117 Berlin. October	- Solidarity Action with the french primary school of Freiburg. (Andre B. Martine) - Book hotels or villas in Conakry and Kankan (Mohamed) - Try to organize some donation (glasses, clothes, shues, games) - Win new members
November	- shiff the collected donations to Conakry - Start to built the first 2 classes of the secundary college (les villager of Fodécariah) - Assemble computers, laptops, monitores, printers and scanner together (villager of Fodécariah know somebody who is an informatiker) - Try to organize some office donation (Papier, pencils, notebooks, .... ) - Buy some Solar lampes IKEA - Buy a new laptop to drive the beamer - The foundation SEZ dons 9.000,00 EUR for the construction and installation of the first 2 school classes of the college
December	- Départure of the Délégation to Guinea at 23 dec. 2011 (Conakry- Kankan-Fodécariah) - Take the goods from the hafen of Conakry - Buy a strong electric generator in Conakry - Research in Conakry about an appropriate internet Installation for Fodécariah - Organise an informatic maintenance with the university of Kankan - Organise a cooperation with the education minister of Guinea - Inauguration of the Bibliothek (see presentation)
